How I Fired My Boss By the Age of 30

Soffice 3

Never in a million years would I have dreamed that I would be where I am today. You are reading the blog of a woman that many counted out; heck; I even counted myself out! You ever have so many people speaking against you to the point you start believing what they are saying about you?

Out of my mother’s two children, I was her problem child. I was always fighting, running away from home, stealing, partying, drinking, smoking; pretty much doing anything I thought I was big and bad enough to do. I also ended up pregnant at the age of 17 and should honestly have had AIDS by now due to the reckless life I was once living but by the grace of God I am still standing; alive, healthy and disease free (PRAISE BREAK)

I honestly didn’t care about my life. I was super disrespectful to my mom, was angry with my inconsistent Dad while spending much of my time trying to find him in the older guys I seemed to attract. One thing I’ve learned is that men can detect/smell a desperate, lonely and broken woman. But hey that’s an entire different blog I’ll have to write on a different day!

What does all of this have to do with me firing my boss by the age of 30? It was because of the things I had gone through that stirred up such a passion and desire to encourage others. It was out of my discouragement that I began to write a newsletter to empower others. Not knowing that newsletter would develop into a magazine which would evolve into a movement including me hosting annual conferences with women literally traveling all across the globe to attend.

Mind blowing right? It gets better…

None of this was intentional for me. I started with a fervent love for God and people and He did the rest. I know business experts want to focus on how to make money and all that but I say the reason why I am successful today is because money was the last of my focus. I was not focused on monetizing my message. I was focused on getting a message of hope out to the masses that later developed into books, training programs/courses, live and virtual events, my own consulting firm and publishing company.

In 2013 I wrote a book sharing a portion of my life and titled it, “The Power in Waiting: What Do You Do When What God SAID Doesn’t Line Up With What You See?” Within 24 hours this book (pictured above) became an international best seller and also led me to being recognized on the National Best Seller List for Black Christian Authors. I found myself in the same category as one of my favorite authors, Valorie Burton (Author of Successful Women Think Differently- one of my favs; you should definitely grab this book.)

Anyway, after publishing this book one thing led to another and then BAM I began to write more books but my passion began to evolve as I saw myself evolve personally as a woman who loves Jesus into a woman who became passionate about entrepreneurship. Which honestly shouldn’t be a surprise, my mom has ran and operated her own boutique for over 20 years.

What next? I wrote another book and it became an international best seller! I wrote another one after that and it became an international best seller! And another one..and you get my point. BUT…guess what? All of this did not come without the following:

  1. Focus
  2. Dedication
  3. Clarity
  4. Resilience
  5. Commitment

What I didn’t share is that I spent 4 years building my business while working my 9 to 5. By the time I left my job I had already tripled my income BUT I left with only $250 in the bank. HOW? Because as soon as the money was  coming in I was spending it right back out on websites, hard copies of my magazine, flyers; etc. I was very particular about my brand and I spend a fortune developing it (yes it was worth it)

Now, here’s the good stuff. HOW DID I FIRE MY BOSS BY THE AGE OF 30.

By doing the following:

Office

  1. I was FOCUSED- I knew what I wanted and I worked hard to get it by any means necessary (legally both in the earth and Heaven- haha- seriously) I was a coach before I knew what coaching was. I was helping people strategize before I knew what a Breakthrough Strategist was. I simply did what came natural to me. I didn’t chase money, or what was popular. I did what was in my heart to do: help people.I coached clients on my lunch break.I conducted interviews with some of the leading influencers in the Gospel industry while on my lunch break; sitting in my car. (Such as Kiarra Sheard, Valorie Burton, Dr. Traci Lynn, Shirley Murdock, Sarah Jakes Roberts, Tasha Cobbs & more!)

I did not make any excuses. I stopped listening to what folks in my neighborhood told me I couldn’t do and started focusing on what God had put in my heart to do! I drowned out the naysayers and became laser focused on what had now become my KINGDOM ASSIGNMENT which led to my birthing as a KINGDOM ENTREPRENEUR!

  2. I was DEDICATED– Instead of going to lunch with my gossiping co-workers I went to my car and did research on how to expand my brand and develop client attraction. I coached clients on my lunch break and responded to emails. If you are going to be successful in anything you must first be dedicated. Success takes time.
  3. I operated with CLARITY- Although I had no intention on learning how to establish a multi-million dollar company (in which I am my way to doing) I had clarity on what I was to be doing at that very moment. Often times we can focus so much on the future that we miss the opportunity to live in the moment and enjoy today. I remember reading a book by Joyce Meyer (another one of my favs & inspiration): Enjoying Where You Are While On the Way to Where You’re Going and within the pages of this book I learned that life isn’t about the destination but the journey.
  4. I was RESILIENT: A resilient man or woman is a dangerous individual because they have a predetermined mindset that nothing or no one will ever stop them. Despite my haters and naysayers I made a decision to keep pressing forward. I refused to allow my past or even current struggles to define me. As I experience turbulence I refused to quit. I studied the eagle and learned how it used the storm to lift it higher into the sky and it flew above it. I thought that was amazing. That’s what we have to do in the midst of pursuing purpose and our dream; allow the storms that rage in our lives to lift us higher. Never allow your storm to cause you to quit. It was designed to bring out the best in you; the best that you never realized was there that only the storm could have birthed. Once you learn how storms work for your benefit if you remain resilient you will become more thankful for them.
  5. I was COMMITTED to finishing what I had started. Nothing about entrepreneurship is convenient. There is never the right time to leave your job, or buy a house or new car because you never know what each day will bring. Your phone could be ringing off the hook and your email and Pay Pal blowing up one day or one week and complete silence take place the next week. In order to fire your boss and live the life of your dreams you must be committed and learn to marry the process. As long as there is breath in our bodies we will always be in the process of becoming. The day our purpose is fulfilled in the earth is the day we will breathe our last breathe. Be committed to doing what God has placed in your hands to do or better yet what you say you desire or feel called to do.

There is so much more I could share but I’ll leave these 5 principles with you and as you focus on them and begin to master them I’ll return to share 5 more principles with you more so in the area of business and what it takes to develop and maintain a profitable business.

If you desire to speak more one on one regarding your business ideas or to gain clarity regarding your life purpose or current assignment. I’d love to serve you. 5 Ways to Dream with Your Eyes Wide Open

confident

One of the keys to successful living is to be purposeful, intentional and focused on what it is you say you truly want.

In a current virtual training entitled, 13 Days of Power I share 5 Ways to Dream with Your Eyes Wide Open. So many are finding themselves living depressed and unfulfilled lives but I am a fervent believer that we have more control than we give ourselves credit for.

Sure, we may not be able to control what happens to us but we can partake and be responsible for what happens in us. In the midst of hurt we can choose not to be offended. In the midst of divorce/transition we can choose not to be bitter. In the midst of a job layoff we can choose not to be depressed but instead tap into a new level of creativity and turn the current obstacle into an opportunity.

Below are 5 ways you can position yourself to live the life of your dreams:

1. Surround yourself with people who are where you desire to be- Instead of being intimidated be inspired.

2. Change your routine- Study what successful people do: Wake up early, workout, be strategic, guard your time

3. Revisit your vision often- This will keep you motivated, inspired & activated (as well as moving forward)

4. Get a mentor- It is impossible to change your life without a spiritual midwife

5. Create declarations for where you desire to be-Write them in present tense and read them aloud daily.

5 Principles Entrepreneurs Must Activate in Their Business

ignite

As a Kingdom Entrepreneur it’s essential to incorporate key principles and core values into your business.

On page 137 in my best selling book, The Entrepreneur Blueprint I define a Kingdom Entrepreneur as the following: “One who has fully committed and submitted both their natural and supernatural gifts to the advancement of the Kingdom of God.”

One thing I want to ensure is clear is that our gifts are not limited to the four walls of the church. However, all that God has placed on the inside of us is to bring his glory, presence and love into every person we encounter.

This week  I conduct a live training on Periscope entitled: IGNITE SUCCESS TRAINING where I shared (20) Principles to IGNITE Trailblazing Success in your business. Today I will only share (4); you can feel free to connect with me on Periscope @CarlaRCannon to watch both Part I & II of the training for deeper details and discussion.

I began by sharing the definition of the word: IGNITE which means to set something on fire; or to give life or energy to something or someone. When you are set on fire; or have life poured into you it’s impossible to remain the same, or become comfortable in your current state.

As an advocate for Sisterhood and Kingdom Entrepreneurship it is my mission to blaze a trail to help others keep their brothers and sisters “lit” in an effort to up-build the Kingdom of God. black woman1. Give your story time to develop: As a new entrepreneur it’s essential that you pace yourself. Too often we are in a hurry to make a dollar without first establishing a core message with our audience (which is our story)

POINT 1: Your story is the number one connector to your audience. Before people can buy from you they must first be able to relate to you.

2. Spend time developing YOU: Too often we try to build a business without first building ourselves. You are no good to your customers/clients if you are broken, distracted and live a private life full of chaos. Whatever you have going on in your personal life if left unattended will bleed over into your business.

POINT 2: Before one can lead, they must first learn how to be led.

3. Invest in a mentor/coach early on: Why wait until you find yourself stuck, in a rut or burned out to reach out for help? Think prevention rather than intervention. In life we all need help, however, no one person has everything you need. This is why it is important to focus on one key area in your life at a time rather than having a coach for this and a coach for that all at once; at least when you are first starting out. Too many voices can do more harm than good. At the same time always be open to wisdom and sound advice that can help you both personally and professionally.

POINT 3: Always remain teachable.

4. Perfect your craft before you put a price on it: Too many are using the lives of others to practice their business which is a big no no. Too many are packaging mess and putting a price on it. Ensure that what you are offering has substance that can literally transform the life of your clients.

POINT 4: Your Purpose is NOT your hustle.

5. Never despise small beginnings- start where you are with what you have. – Who said you need money? You have a gift. What I’ve learned is that many people I come across feel they have a money problem when the truth is they have an idea problem. Tapping into your gift un-apologetically can lead to great wealth if you will commit to a lifetime of learning and becoming content (not complacent) where you are and with what you have. Use what is in your hands and be willing to sacrifice now so that you can enjoy life to the fullest later.

POINT 5: You have everything you need to begin right now. Lean in.

Are You Executing or Making Excuses?

Do you often find yourself daydreaming about the shoulda, coulda, woulda’s? You know what these are. Perhaps you say to yourself, “I should of hired a coach!” “If I did I could be much further than I am now.” Or maybe you have said, “I would do _______ if only I had _____________.

The three things I have witnessed so many women fill that last line with is: support, time and money. As a business coach I often hear women say, I would pursue my dreams but I don’t have a good support system. Or I would work out but I just can’t seem to find the time. Or I want to hire you as a coach but I do not have the money.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who watch things happen and those who make things happen. The word “make” here doesn’t mean that these individuals hold all power in their hands but what it does mean is they take intentional steps and make intentional sacrifices in order to make their dreams a reality. This is what I want to encourage you to do today. Refuse to allow another year to pass you by while others make time to pursue their dreams which in turn helps them provide a better quality of life for their family.

What if I told you there was a way you could still spend time with your family or at your local church as well as pursue your dreams? What if I told you that the excuses you are making will only cause you to remain stagnant while others move forward in purpose tackling giants that arise in their life head on? What if I told you life is about choices and we can choose to make excuses or we can choose to execute!

Truth is everything you need to live a meaningful life has already been presented before you. What you have to do is experience a change in your perspective. You have the money you need to get started. You have the support you need to launch out. You have the time needed to create a legacy for your family but it’s up to you to realize it.

Choose today to no longer allow lack to be your portion. So often we say, “I can’t afford this” or “I can’t afford that.” Meanwhile, our hair and nails are done. We eat out with our co-workers on a consistent basis and we are always rocking the finest apparel. Truth is, we pay for what we want. The Good Book tells us that where your “treasure” is there your money will be also.

I can assure you that if it is coaching that you need or to hire a new graphic designer to assist with marketing a virtual event you want to host, you have the means to do so.

Coming to this realization begins with one thing: How bad do YOU really want it? Some things in life we simply do not want bad enough. Because when you want something bad enough you are willing to eat oodles and noodles, hot pockets, beanies and weanies for months if that’s what it takes for you to pursue your dream! Unfortunately success will cost us our time and money. Although it doesn’t take money to make money you can definitely generate ways to use what you have to produce the income you need.

Grab a pen & pad & answer the following questions:

  1. What are 3 things I can do without right now for the next 6 months in order to pursue my dream?
  2. What do I offer for free that I could and should be charging for?
  3. Am I willing to sacrifice picking up a 2nd job to pay for the coaching/training I need to position myself to live the life of my dreams?
  4. What is ONE thing I can do now that can change the trajectory of my life?

Take a moment and answer the above questions and answer them honestly. Next, I want you to pull out your check book or log into your banking account online and make a list of all of the unnecessary transactions you’ve made just today or the previous week, or last month. How much of that money could have been used toward having your website created? How much of that could have been used toward the creation of a new product?

Now put your pen down and reflect. Do you see how you have had everything you have needed all the while? You actually CAN afford to pursue your dreams. You CAN afford to hire a coach. You CAN go back to college to further your education. You DO have time to work out. You DO have time to spend with your spouse and your loved ones while doing what you love professionally.

Always remember, when you are serious about your future others will work with you but no one is handing out freebies. Matter of fact you shouldn’t even want a hand out! Statistics prove that individuals who invest in themselves tend to be more successful than those who are handed a free pass. If everything in life were handed to you and I we wouldn’t value anything.

So what is it that you need to do right now? Regardless of what it is or how much it cost, determine if it is worth the investment by asking: (1) Will doing this one thing help change my life? (2) Am I willing to do the work? (3) Am I really sick and tired of being sick & tired?

Once you answer these questions truthfully you will know if you still want to play around or if you are desperate for change and are willing to do what it takes to see it manifest in your life! To experience success it will cause you to have to experience temporary discomfort as you are creating the life you desire or deserve. All of the greats from Oprah Winfrey to Bill Gates even to Warren Buffett had to experience uncomfortable circumstances as they took the stairs to success.

Make a decision to minimize and even eliminate all excuses and position yourself to EXECUTE!

2017 is the year to UNLOCK, UNLEASH & ACTIVATE! You have what it takes you just need to get out of your own way!

Mistakes Small Business Owners Make on Social Media & How to Correct Them

6 Mistakes Small Business Owners Make Via Social Media & How to Correct Them

Being in business for the past six years I’ve seen and learned a lot. One thing I have noticed is that finding clients is a lot easier now than it was even three years ago.
We have various social media platforms that if used properly can get our message out to the masses.

The problem I see many emerging and established entrepreneurs make is (1) not being on social media at all and (2) not using social media effectively and appropriately. Today I want to share how you can use social media to take your business to the next dimension and expand your brand in the process.

Here are  6 Mistakes Small Business Owners Make Via Social Media & How to Correct Them:

1. Having an unclear brand: Take time to fill out the “About Me” portion on FB as well as the introductory characters on IG & TWITTER. This gives a clear picture of who you are & what you do at a glance. Be sure to post content that compliments or properly displays your brand.

2. Not identifying your USP (Unique Serving Proposition): As business owners our ultimate purpose for being on social media should be to accumulate more clients & connect with other bosses. We don’t care what you are eating or who your new boo is (unless its complimentary to your brand.) If it doesn’t increase your bottom line (lead you to being profitable) DON’T POST IT!

3. Being too salesy – I see people simply posting saying, “SIGN UP TODAY” or “BUY MY BOOK” instead of developing content that leads to a landing page, or sharing the results your program, product or event will produce.

4. Having way too much going on- A confused mind will NEVER buy. Focus on building ONE brand at a time & become known for that SPECIFIC area of expertise. Rid yourself of the temptation to be a back of all trades. Identify the ONE thing you do exceptionally well & capitalize on it!

5. Sharing too many personal posts- As public figures it’s natural to share family photos; etc. however, if you have a tendency to post out of your emotions this could discourage others from taking you & your business seriously. Post only things that compliment your business/brand OR create a personal page (or blog) to do to do so.

Characteristics of a Kingdom Entrepreneur

When you think of the words, Kingdom Entrepreneur, what comes to mind?

A Kingdom Entrepreneur is one who has fully submitted and committed both their natural and supernatural gifts for the advancement of the Kingdom of God through the marketplace.

A Kingdom Entrepreneur’s primary focus and priority is to make Jesus famous throughout the world with a spirit of excellence.

Now you may be thinking, I’m no preacher Carla. Sure, you may not have undergone seminary school and the word, Reverend, Bishop, Minister or Pastor may not be in front of your name but we are all called to be ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But one misconception of a minister is that the only way we can share Christ with others is through the spoken word.

But truth is, the greatest sermon many of us will ever preach is through our lifestyle. Anyone can grab a mic and preach a 3 point message but very few can actually walk it out and live what they teach.

What am I saying? As Kingdom Entrepreneurs it is our call and mandate to express the love of Jesus through our businesses to those in which we are called to serve. We are to operate in excellence and over deliver to our clients rather than operate outside of an integral manner and being the only Jesus many will see.

Kingdom Entrepreneurs look to the Word of God to lead and guide them as it relates to how they conduct and operate their business. The key to building a profitable business is by committing time daily to work on you as a person. As a KE we do not sell false hope neither is it our goal to lead others unto us, but moreso to the one who sent us. It would be safe to say that we are called to be the 21st century version of John the Baptist whose ultimate mission and calling was to prepare the way of the Lord!

Kingdom Entrepreneurs are to possess the following character traits:

(1) Trustworthy– People only buy from who they know, like and trust

(2) Effective Communicator- To properly service your clients you must listen more and speak less. It also must be crystal clear the type of services you provide. A confused mind will never buy!

(3) Loyalty- Many people have been burned therefore, ensuring they understand that you are committed to their success will bring a sense of comfort.

(4) Honesty– If you are promoting a product or service, ensure that you are providing exactly what you say. It is better to over deliver than to under deliver which will leave your client feeling they received much more than they anticipated.

(5) Positive Attitude– In all situations it’s important to be positive and help others see the brighter side of things. People are always seeking encouragement and to be empowered. Positive energy, positive attitude and positive words are key!

Reprogram Your Mind/Redirect Your Life

t harv eker

It is important to feed our minds daily. Truth is a lot of our battles take place in our mind therefore we must monitor what we feed it. Some of us need to undergo a mind renewal/detoxification. How do you do this? By feeding your mind only things that will help create an atmosphere (your environment/personal space) for WINNING.

Here’s 3 Ways You Can Implement NOW to Change How You Think & View Life:

1. Monitor what you watch & listen to! Whatever you watch, enters your EYE GATE & leads to your soul & guess what? That is a SEED sown whether good or bad. Intentional or unintentional. Whatever you feed becomes the strongest. If you feed your mind junk then junk is what you will produce! Instead of watching reality TV filled with worldly content including sexual perversion, drama and cat fats why not listen to motivational messages or something that is going to bring you a step closer to your destiny and achieving your dream!

2. Connect only with people who are either a) Headed in the same direction you are going OR b) are already there and are continuing to elevate by expanding their minds. Whom you ASSEMBLE, you will soon RESEMBLE. Know the difference between comrads, constituents and confidants by watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rWdhvK6d9c. He also shares a breakdown of the differences in his latest book, Destiny: Step Into Your Destiny.

3. Read EVERYDAY! Of course as believers our 1st priority is to be great students of God’s word. In addition to that invest in books on business that will change the way you think and expand your thought process.

Books I suggest on reprogramming your mind as it relates to business & achieving financial success are:

-Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker

-The Success Principles by Jack Canfield

-Who Moved My Cheese- SpencerJohnson

-The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey

-MONEY- Master the Game by Tony Robbins

– Think & Grow RICH by Napoleon Hill

-The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley & William Danko

-How Successful People Think- John C.Maxwell

– The Power Playbook – La La Anthony B

Books I suggest for spiritual maturity and advancement are:

-The Power in Waiting- Carla R. Cannon

-The Purpose Driven Life- Pastor Rick Warren

– The Woman Code by Sophia Nelson

-Reposition Yourself by @T.D. Jakes

-Happy Women Live Better – Valorie Burton

-Never Give Up by Joyce Meyer

– Right People, Right Place Right Plan- Jentezen Franklin

-Rules of Engagement- Art of Strategic Prayer & Warfare- @Dr. N Cindy Trimm

Each of these books help with the REPROGRAMMING of the mind both spiritually and financially and don’t be afraid to educate yourself as it relates to money. Get rid of the poverty mentality and face the fact that it will take money to fund your business/ministry. Money itself is not evil but it is the love of money that is evil. The bible proves it. The days of being afraid of failing are over.

You may fail matter of fact you will fail but it’s how you choose to bounce back that strengthens your spiritual muscles and puts you right back in the game. Failing is inevitable and one of your keys to success.

John C. Maxwell teaches us to FAIL FORWARD. So true. Upgrade your library. Upgrade your content. Instead of driving and listening to the radio feed your mind with teachings and audios that will feed your mind, strengthen your spirit and encourage you to pursue your dreams EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE!

You only get one day off and that is Sunday to REST & REGROUP. But you should be working on your vision/dream/goals EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE even if for only 30 minutes. When you want it bad enough you’ll do something different!

Also, read autobiographies of successful people such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobbs, Mary Kay Ash & many more for success ALWAYS leaves clues. We do NOT have to reinvest the wheel simply learn from others and apply their systems & formulas to our lives. REMEMBER: Change how you THINK and you’ll change how you SPEAK! Words have creative and destructive power!!!

Make a decision today to choose to SPEAK LIFE rather than death over EVERY situation!

Build Your Business NOW, While Working a 9 to 5!

10609502_651523648285379_5081307151070483641_n

A few weeks ago I had the great privilege of meeting many of you as I hosted my very first Women of Standard Network “connecting” event. During this session I shared a step by step process on How to Build Your Business While Working a 9 to 5!

I’m sure you  may be thinking, “Me? Build my business while working 9 – 12 hour days? I don’t think so!” Perhaps you are thinking about your already jammed pack schedule but I am here to let you know these three simple words: It Is Possible!!!

The truth is you have the capability to do anything you set your mind to but the question is: HOW BAD DO YOU REALLY WANT IT? How bad do you want to be successful? How bad do you want to be your own boss? How bad do you want to come off your job and create your own schedule?

Friend, I am here to tell you that if you have a genuine desire to be success and are willing to make the necessary sacrifices which need to be made, YOU CAN DO IT!

Here are the first three steps to building your business while working a 9 to 5:

download

Step One: Identify Your “WHY?”: Always remember WHY you do what you do is more important than what you actually do. Always check your motive. Everything we do should be done unto the Lord and not unto man nor for our own personal desires. When considering building or creating a ministry or business ask yourself the following questions:

-Why do I desire to start this ministry or business?
– What problem am I solving?
– Who is my market? (target audience)

Knowing your WHY is what will keep you going when adversity comes (because it will come). But remember your ULTIMATE why: It must be your divine calling that you are answering. Giving the Lord a surrendered YES to do what He is calling you to do and HOW He is instructing you to do it. You don’t have to know all of the answers but only have ACCESS to them.

Step Two: Write the Vision: Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to write the vision and make it plain. Verse 3 goes on to say, though it tarry wait for it. Your vision will not manifest overnight. It will take you spending time in prayer, fasting and seeking the face of God to receive full instruction on what He would like you to do and how He wants you to do it. In writing your vision you  must know that the unique part of your brand is YOU. You do not have to try to be like anyone else nor be intimidated by anyone else who’s vision is similar to yours because their brand is different from your because your brand has you in it! Remember: A goal without a strategic plan of action is simply a wish! Be strategic, spend time in prayer, allow God to give you the vision and prepare yourself to execute it!!!!

Step Three: Focus On ONE Thing At a Time: In building your business while working a 9 to 5 you must focus on accomplishing ONE goal at a time. Remember: If you chase two rabbits you will catch neither. This brings me to a question: What or who has your focus? Are you overly consumed with helping others to the point that you are unable to focus on what God has instructed you to do? I believe it was Dee Dee (a participant from Saturday’s session) who said, “I am great at promoting others but I struggle when it comes to myself.” This is a natural feeling. Often times we can think of creative ideas for others and have the momentum to help them write and executive their vision but what about yours. It is time to FOCUS! Now, I am not saying don’t help others. But what I am saying is there comes a time when you have to add yourself to your calendar and know that delayed obedience is still disobedient.

Also, don’t try to do multiple things at a time. I spent two years strategically building the Women of Standard brand before I branched off and began to do other things. It wasn’t until I focused on building my brand that later the events came, books, products and more. There are great benefits to being focused. I challenge you to not allow yourself to work on one thing today, another thing tomorrow and another thing next week. You must remain focused until you SEE what God SAID manifested!
